Anger is one of the biggest things that will derail you from your New Year’s Resolution for Happiness. Help to keep on track by planning for anger. What does this mean? Know what triggers you and plan for those situations with alternate reactions and responses. This gives you control in situations where you generally feel out of control. By having a plan of how to deal with your anger, you will find your stress levels will stay low, and prevent the inflammation in your body that creates illness.
